TSV Suspensions Ltd operates through three main divisions, namely:

TSV Motorsport

This division concentrates on the design, modification, rebuilding and development of high performance cars.  Types vary from outright circuit racers such as Porsche to Audi, BMW, Alfa Romeo and other track cars that compete in touring categories or classes and in addtion the new craze hitting the New Zealand motor racing circuit, japanese imports for D1NZ, Drift Championship

Previously TSV, has been responsible for the race prepartaion of a Porsche 911sc, 939, 930t and 944 turbo which achieved first, second and third placings in the NZ Porsche/ Bridgestone series.

Already this year, TSV has prepared a Production Class, Honda Integra type R, SS2000 Class a Honda Civic Type R and an RX7 Series 1 and in Bridgstone Porsche Series a 911sc, 993, 930t and 944 turbo.  The handbuilt Honda Integra won NZ title for 2 litre Production Class and the Honda Civic came first in the Turbo Class of SS2000.  The Porsches have achieved first, second and third placings throughtout the 2004/04 season.

TSV are equally well-known for their work on historically important classic cars and for their development of Subaru, Mitsubishi and Ford for Rally purposes.

 

TSV Suspensions

As the name suggests, this division applies the technology and lessons learned from racing to the design, fabrication and development of suspension systems for high-speed road vehicles.  Modifications range through stages one to five, stage five being fitted to what may be termed street-legal racing cars.

Notable in this respect are the New Zealand Police who have been clients of TSV, using the company's experience to improve the handling of their Police vehicles. 

 

TSV Wheel Alignment

This is the division that specializes in the application of high-technology to the adjustment and optimization of suspensions and steering systems for all makes and models of everyday, ordinary road cars.

 

TSV have a well-equipped workshop, use the most modern computer wheel alignment technology and have pioneered the design and fabrication of their own urethane bushes to improve the characteristics of today's suspension systems.  They also design and build special-purpose shock absorbers and coils to meet specific performance requirements for clients owning high-speed or classic cars.
